陈羽,博士,讲师

中南大学,物理与电子学院光电子信息与科学系

1982年生,中共党员。主要研究包括:光子晶体材料制备(j. chem. mater., 21(2011)6140)光电功能传感器件fdtd理论模拟和设计(appl. phys. lett., 94(2009)053901; euro. phys. j. b, 86(2013)472)。在天然生物模板上沉积znozro2batio3等功能氧化物材料,结合特殊的烧结工艺,成功制备获取能够保留原始生物模板三维周期精细结构的光功能材料,并在此基础上研究其在光电子功能器件及生物传感等领域的应用。相关工作已发表在专业权威杂志j. mater. chem.appl. phys. lett.rcs advanceseuro. phys. j. b
